Terms of service

These terms cover your use of LastLap at mylastlap.com, operated by LastLap Lab LLC (“we”). By using LastLap you agree to them. Questions go to hello@mylastlap.com.

Accounts

LastLap is available by invitation. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content

What you put into LastLap stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers named in our privacy policy.

Separate agreements

Consulting work, and any stake in a Lab venture, are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement or venture, not by these terms. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities.

AI features

Reviews and suggestions produced by AI can be wrong. They are there to help you think, not to replace your own judgement or professional advice, including legal advice.

Acceptable use

Don’t use LastLap to break the law, to send spam, or to try to reach data that isn’t yours.

Payments

Invoices paid through LastLap are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. All amounts are in US dollars.

No warranty

LastLap is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using LastLap at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where LastLap Lab LLC is registered.
